Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Fixed Price Contract for providing food service management
services to the Weatherford Public Schools District can be picked up at 1409 Cypress,
Weatherford, OK 73096 anytime between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
through May 31st and 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday June 3rd through June
20th or can be emailed to you.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 21, 2024 at 10:00 am.
Proposals are subject to all the conditions and specifications stated in the RFP and will be
received at the address above and shall be marked on the envelope “Food Service Management
Proposal # ___.” Proposals will be received until 1:00 pm, June 24, 2024 for Weatherford Public
Schools School Food Authority with food service management services during the 2024-2025
school year.
